Net Promoter Score <\/strong>(NPS) is a popular and simple tool for measuring customer satisfaction and willingness to recommend a product or service to others. The resulting number is always between -100 and +100, with higher NPS values indicating higher satisfaction levels. The measurement shows how many critics, passive customers or enthusiastic promoters a company has.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the past year, our NPS<\/strong> has increased to 75 points<\/strong>, which is a great result! Our score has been steadily rising, with 66 points in 2022. An NPS of over 70 points is an indicator of excellent service, a great company and that we have a lot of passionate customers who are happy, loyal and recommend our services to others. And that we care about our customers and really listen to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
