Jana Ondrou\u0161kov\u00e1, who also serves as Executive Assistant, has taken over the CSR<\/a> agenda at Up Benefity<\/a>, a company that offers employee benefit programs and specializes in human resources and HR consulting. In her new role, she will be responsible for the strategic planning of the company\u2019s CSR activities, with an emphasis on philanthropy, as well as their management and final implementation. <\/p>\n\n

Jana Ondrou\u0161kov\u00e1 successfully passed her high school graduation exam in the field of administration in France and subsequently expanded her education through a post-secondary program focused on the role of an executive assistant. Throughout her career, she has held general administrative positions at PPD, GlaxoSmithKline, Manpower, and the Irish company ClearStream Technologies. <\/p>\n\n

Jana Ondrou\u0161kov\u00e1 has been with Up Benefity since 2019. She started as an Executive Assistant, a position she still holds today. In 2021, she also took on a CSR role, which was completely new to her. She was particularly excited about the topic of corporate philanthropy<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n

\u201cOur company has always made a point of providing support in places where people lacked the opportunities to lead fulfilling lives. It\u2019s great to see that our employees are becoming increasingly involved in these activities and that the number of organizations we support is growing,\u201d <\/em>says St\u00e9phane Nicoletti, CEO of Up Benefity.<\/p>\n\n

As part of its CSR activities, Up Benefity has long supported the nonprofit organizations Rosa<\/a>, Dejme d\u011btem \u0161anci<\/a>, and Cesta dom\u016f<\/a>. In addition to supporting these organizations, Up Benefity, with significant participation from its employees, regularly engages in other charitable projects, such as collecting supplies to help cancer patients, supporting autism awareness as part of the global \u201cLight It Blue\u201d campaign, participation in the charity run No\u010dn\u00ed b\u011bh pro Sv\u011btlu\u0161ku<\/a> and other. <\/p>\n\n

\u201cMy role in CSR at Up Benefity is a little different. It\u2019s more focused on charitable support and health education. Our company sells benefits and employee engagement programs, and my role is to engage our employees in a good cause,\u201d <\/em> says Jana Ondrou\u0161kov\u00e1 in an interview with CNN Prima News.<\/p>\n\n

As part of her work in the CSR field, Jana Ondrou\u0161kov\u00e1 has particularly enjoyed organizing seminars for employees on topics such as <\/a>\u201cIntroduction to LGBTQ+,\u201d \u201cSafety and Prevention of Inappropriate Behavior in the Workplace,\u201d \u201cHow to Sort Waste,\u201d a seminar on menopause, health topics for the 55+ age group, and so on.
