The My bonuses module in the Můj Up app lets you decide how to use your reward. Directly in the app, you can easily choose whether to transfer your bonus to benefits, have it paid out with your salary, or split it between both options based on your needs.
This flexibility gives you greater control over both your benefits and your finances. The amount transferred to eBenefity remains available in full, with no additional deductions, while having the bonus paid out with your salary lets you receive it as part of your regular pay. You can choose the option that works best for you.
