What legislation applies to the Unišek+ FKSP product?
This is primarily governed by Act No. 586/1992 Coll., on Income Taxes, as amended. Section 6(9)(d) defines the rules for tax exemption of non-monetary benefits provided by an employer to an employee or their family member from social funds, post-tax profits, or non-tax-deductible expenses, up to half of the average salary per tax period. These benefits include the use of recreational, healthcare, and educational facilities, sports facilities, provision of recreation or trips, and contributions to cultural and sports activities.
The “FKSP” designation indicates that this Up Benefity product can be funded from the Cultural and Social Needs Fund, primarily used by public institutions, government bodies, and publicly funded organizations.

Vouchers can have any nominal value in increments of 1 CZK, which can be adjusted over time. Each envelope can include the employee’s name or another identifier. It can also feature your logo, address, or other graphic elements. Every order is processed within two days.
What happens after you order Unišek+ FKSP?
We process every order within two days. You will receive a Czech Post tracking number for each shipment, so you can always track its location. The shipment is insured as registered valuable mail.
