    At European level, EU Directive 2019/1937 introduces this obligation. In the Czech legal system, the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers, No. 171/2023 Coll., with effect from 1 August 2023.

    Yes. Companies are also obliged to comply with legal deadlines. These are automatically monitored by the module via notifications sent to authorised persons.

    Protecting the identity of the whistleblower is absolutely crucial. The personal data of the whistleblower is known only to the authorised person, the Whistleblowing Officer. Only the designated person will see the notification to avoid retaliation.
