We have an important news for you – moving the Aeqoom loading center!

The Aeqoom loading centre is changing address. You have one last chance to hand over your vouchers and collect cash directly from us at our current address Zelený pruh 1560/99, 140 00 Praha 4, until Friday, June 28, 2024.

From the first of July everything changes – we will only accept your vouchers by post at the new Aeqoom address:

Please keep in mind that with the arrival of July comes changes in our services. As of July 1, 2024, we will no longer be able to:

  • Hand in vouchers in person
  • Redeem cash directly with us

We hope that the new system of sending by mail will bring you more convenience and make your use of our services more efficient. We will inform you about all the details of how to send your vouchers without undue delay.
