Up Club Gastro brings news in its loyalty program! From 1 January 2025, you will be able to fight for an attractive financial reward of CZK 4,000 by paying regularly at gastro outlets, which will make your dining experience more enjoyable. See how the conditions are changing and what awaits you.

What can you look forward to? A reward of CZK 4,000

Instead of the current reward of a cashback of CZK 220 on your eStravenka, you will be entered into a random draw for a reward of CZK 4,000 from 1 January 2025. This will take place on a quarterly basis (i.e. no later than the 10th working day from 1 April 2025, no later than the 10th working day from 1 July 2025, etc.).

In each draw, 10 lucky ones will be randomly selected to receive CZK 4,000 charged to their eStravenka card.

What remains the same?

You will continue to collect transactions at participating food and beverage outlets, with a minimum value of CZK 220 per lunch.

You must collect at least 20 transactions (i.e. at least 200 loyalty points) to participate in the random selection. You can keep track of your current number of points in the Můj Up app on your virtual loyalty program card.

You will not lose your points collected so far, they will be added to your virtual card even after the change of the program rules.

How to increase the chance of reward?

All of your transactions that meet the loyalty programme conditions, which were not included in the previous period and for which you did not receive cashback of CZK 220 under the old scheme, will be included in the specific selection.

The more transactions with a minimum value of 220 CZK you collect, the more chances you have to get a reward! Each transaction can only count towards one quarterly withdrawal.
