How do we enrich society?
At Up CR, we have long been committed to promoting and developing diversity and equality. These factors are an essential part of a sustainable business. Our mission is the development of digital HR and employee satisfaction, which is why diversity and development are firmly anchored in our strategy.
We do not take this lightly, which is why we have become a signatory to the Diversity Charter along with a number of other companies and strictly adhere to its principles. We also adhere to our own Code of Conduct, which sets the rules of conduct in our business dealings with our partners.
Promoting equal opportunities is also an important part of this. We are proud that 50% of our management team is female. We have also been awarded the “Great place to work” certificate, of which we are particularly proud.
We have long promoted the importance of work-life balance because we believe that only when we are relaxed and happy can we perform at our best at work.
