This lesser-known term refers to the way we manage our organisation, including our relationships with other parties. The aim is to ensure transparency, accountability, fairness and efficiency. It therefore tells us whether we comply with ethical and legal standards and whether we can effectively achieve our objectives.

We carefully spread this distinctive culture throughout our teams and subsidiaries, but our social commitment also includes making our voice heard by public authorities and civil society. We support a fairer and more sustainable development model based on internal democratic governance.

We hold the recognised EcoVadis certification, in which we have been awarded a bronze medal. This award gives us the drive to improve our performance and push our CSR goals. The overall EcoVadis score reflects the quality of a company’s sustainability management system at the time of assessment and allows companies to monitor their own and their suppliers’ sustainability performance across 150 sectors and 110 countries.

The assessment covers 7 aspects of management indicators through 21 sustainability criteria divided into four themes: Environment, Labour and Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement, which are based on GRI, UNGC and ISO 26000 standards and overseen by an international committee.
